Job Description:

As a key member of our research team, you will play a vital role in supporting all phases of quantitative and qualitative research projects.

The scope of responsibilities includes developing questionnaires and discussion guides, analyzing data, and crafting insights-driven stories to drive business decisions.

  • Support the development of research design, questionnaires, and discussion guides
  • Analyze data and develop actionable insights through visual and creative reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Office Productivity Tools, including Microsoft Office 365 / SharePoint, Apple Workspace Suite, Google Drive / GSuite
  • Proficiency in Communication Tools, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools, including Asana, Monday.com
  • Proficiency in Market Research Tools, including Decipher (Forsta Surveys), Remesh
  • Proficiency in AI Tools, including ChatGPT, Tactiq
Education and Certifications:

Ideal qualifications include a B.A./B.S. degree in areas such as Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Economics or a related field
