Study Coordinator Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our research team as a Study Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials, from participant recruitment to data collection and documentation.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with Investigators to assist with study-related responsibilities;
  • Conduct and document informed consent processes for participants;
  • Educate participants on study procedures, risks, benefits, and compensation;
  • Assist with subject enrollment and assign screening codes;
  • Maintain follow-up communication with participants;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Ethics Committee guidelines, and approved protocols;
  • Coordinate lab activities: sample collection, processing, packaging, and shipping;
  • Record and report Adverse Events (AE) and Serious Adverse Events (SAE) per guidelines;
  • Maintain and update Site Master Files (SMF) and study documentation;
  • Support audits and inspections by sponsors or regulatory bodies;
