About the Role">

As a seasoned internal auditor, you will be responsible for leading risk-based audits across various operational, financial, and compliance areas. Your expertise in governance will enable you to document current controls, design and implement new ones, and establish effective monitoring mechanisms.

This role requires a strong focus on client outcomes and team delivery, with the ability to present to senior-level executives and drive remediation efforts.

  • Plan & Deliver: Develop and execute an annual risk-based audit plan, overseeing engagements from planning to fieldwork and reporting.
  • Controls & Compliance: Design and test controls, issue clear and prioritized reports with action plans, and ensure effective compliance.
  • People & Clients: Lead audit teams, coach reviewers, and manage senior client stakeholders, with a willingness to travel as needed.
Requirements">

You must have a CA qualification with 10+ years of post-qualification experience in consulting or CA firms, with hands-on internal audit and leadership experience. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in risk assessment, control testing, and report writing.

Delhi-based or relocating individuals are preferred, with a willingness to travel. Experience with mid-tier consulting or CA firms with robust IA exposure is also desirable.

We prefer candidates with mid-tier consulting or CA firm experience, with a robust IA background. Big 4 companies, Genpact, or industry-heavy profiles are not considered.

Able to originate and convert opportunities, as well as nurture client relationships, is essential for this role.
