As we expand globally, we are seeking an IT Engineer to support our distributed team and ensure secure, reliable IT operations across systems, networks, and devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote support for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning laptops, accounts, and tools.
  • Maintain documentation for IT support procedures.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Monitor system access and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Implement IT security best practices to protect sensitive data.
  • Perform regular audits of access controls, patches, and updates.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in IT processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or similar experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Experience with Google Workspace / Office 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security best practices.

This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with colleagues. The IT Engineer will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, supporting employees with hardware/software needs, and maintaining secure access to company systems.
