Technical Visionary and Engineering Leader

We are building a professional identity verification platform to revolutionize how professionals connect, verify, and build trust in a digital-first world.

This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who wants to be part of shaping the technical strategy and architecture of our platform.

  • Develop and execute the technical vision for the identity verification engine, exchange, and supporting SaaS infrastructure.
  • Lead product development cycles from beta launch to global scaling, overseeing full-stack development (front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, mobile).
  • Establish and manage partnerships with tech vendors, cloud providers, and verification services.
  • Drive innovation in AI, blockchain/Web3, or other advanced tech where applicable to strengthen the verification ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and deliver the technical roadmap and architecture for the platform.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to define the product roadmap, market fit, and growth trajectory.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, setting culture and standards.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and trust are at the core of every build.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of proven experience in software/product engineering, ideally in SaaS, identity management, fintech, or security domains.
  • Strong expertise in modern tech stacks: Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, APIs, data architecture, mobile apps.
  • Deep understanding of data security, identity verification, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in scaling products from MVP to mass adoption.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with ability to inspire teams and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
