We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of compliance policies and procedures across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide training and support to employees on compliance matters
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. law, business, or public health)
- At least 15 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements, including US FDA, MHRA, and EU regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
