We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure Professional to manage and maintain our organization's core infrastructure components, with a primary focus on Active Directory, backup solutions, and vulnerability management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Active Directory (AD) Management: Administer and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including user/group management, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, OU structure, and AD replication. Monitor AD health and resolve replication or authentication issues.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CIS). Maintain documentation for security policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Backup & Recovery: Configure and maintain backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault). Ensure regular and successful backups of critical systems, applications, and data. Conduct periodic restore tests and ensure disaster recovery readiness. Monitor backup jobs and remediate failures or anomalies.
  • Vulnerability Management: Perform regular vulnerability scans using tools like Qualys or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Analyze scan results and coordinate with relevant teams to patch and remediate issues. Track vulnerabilities to closure and document remediation plans.
