Interior Execution Specialist Job Summary

The Interior Execution Specialist plays a pivotal role in overseeing the on-site execution of interior projects from planning through handover. Ensuring timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations is crucial.

  • Site Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations by maintaining a clear understanding of project timelines and requirements.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution through effective communication and coordination.
  • Design Review: Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks to guarantee compliance with standards.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle by conducting regular site visits and audits.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, track changes, and address on-site challenges as they arise by staying proactive and adaptable.
  • Reporting and Procurement: Prepare site progress reports and assist in procurement and material management by analyzing data and making informed decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles by thinking critically and creatively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred) with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes gained through hands-on experience.
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools essential for efficient project execution.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills required for successful collaboration with stakeholders.
