Role Overview:

We are seeking an advisor to spearhead growth for our Projects vertical. This role blends knowledge, client advisory, and business development. The advisor will act as a trusted partner for clients, landlords, and corporates by guiding them through the journey of conceptualizing, budgeting, and executing interior projects while ensuring seamless delivery with our design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary advisor to clients on their workspace or interior needs.
  • Connect and close new business opportunities in office, workspaces and other commercial interiors.
  • Cross-sell interiors services to existing clients.
  • Build long-term partnerships with landlords, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Present tailored solutions, packages, and proposals that align with client timelines.

Design Knowledge & Pre-Sales Support:

  • Translate client requirements into actionable design briefs.
  • Discuss layouts, materials, finishes, and space optimization ideas.
  • Collaborate with our team to prepare concept boards, BOQs, and cost estimates.
