Project Coordinator Job Description:

A key link between clients, vendors, and the internal team is required for a successful project lifecycle. This role involves ensuring smooth execution and communication throughout the project timeline.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects to ensure accurate financial management.
  • Track and monitor design changes and update documentation accordingly to maintain project progress.
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation in a secure and accessible manner.
  • Act as the single point of contact for major clients to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion to ensure timely payments.
  • Conduct budget analysis for all projects to ensure costs are within approved limits.
  • Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts to ensure accurate financial records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields is essential.
  • A strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English, are required.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail is crucial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
