- Stay updated on product offerings and identify suitable solutions for different customer segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set and achieve targets for cross-selling, new client acquisition, and product penetration.
- Develop strong relationships with sales representatives to enable scale in cross-sell opportunities and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Generate leads by networking across multiple units and follow up with sales teams for lead closures.
- Ensure consistent achievement of new client acquisition targets for the branch.
Requirements:
- A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve and excel.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- A proven track record of 2-5 years' experience in selling multiple financial products.
