Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft modules, specifically in Finance, HRMS, or Campus Solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle PeopleSoft solutions based on business requirements. This includes analyzing current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement within PeopleSoft modules, and performing technical and functional activities such as system configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.

The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, experience working in Agile project environments, and familiarity with Oracle Cloud or migration from PeopleSoft to Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle PeopleSoft solutions
  • Perform technical and functional activities such as system configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Maintain strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience working in Agile project environments
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or migration from PeopleSoft to Cloud
