Required Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, servers, and services on Windows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with agents and stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration issues, journal upload reports, posting, FTP/HTTP transfer, and other related tasks.
  • Experience with patching, PeopleTools, Java, Tuxedo, WebLogic, and Oracle critical patch updates.
  • Familiarity with nVision setup, drilldown, client machines, workstation setup, and SSL renewal.
