Key Role in HCM Implementation and Management

This is a pivotal position for an experienced professional to oversee the implementation and management of Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.

  • The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in HCM, with expertise in the hire-to-retire cycle and at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including 2 with HCM Cloud.
  • A strong working knowledge of OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, Security, Helpdesk, and Core HR modules is required.
  • There must be an in-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and data flow.
  • The successful candidate should possess proven client-facing skills, with the ability to interact with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills are essential.
  • Good leadership capability, with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates are necessary.
  • Assistance in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems is also required.
  • Frequent interaction with clients around specific work efforts/deliverables is expected.

This role requires flexibility, a team player attitude, personal drive, organizational awareness, and sensitivity.

Candidates should be open to domestic or international travel for short or long durations.
