Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in ITSM and ESM technologies and software.

  • The successful candidate will provide technical support to sales teams and clients throughout the sales process.
  • They will conduct detailed technical discovery, product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Addressing technical questions and concerns from potential and existing clients will be a key part of this role.
  • The Solution Consultant will scope out customer business cases and design scalable solutions for complex use cases.
  • They will work closely with sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales support.
