Job DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operations Lead - Risk Management Specialist at RiskMan Consulting in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with clients and teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Day-to-day tasks will involve working with a team of experienced professionals to create value and build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- CA with at least 3-5 years of experience post qualification
- Proven track record of managing 3-4 projects parallelly
- Experience in handling Internal Audit, SOP designing, IFC designing and testing, and Risk Assurance and Advisory engagements
- Data Analysis, Solution Development, and Goal Setting skills
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and Critical Thinking skills
- Project Management and Presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Experience in Risk Assurance and Consulting field
- Additional certifications like CIA, CISA, CRMA, CFE will be considered
