Senior Operations Lead

As a Senior Operations Lead with Elements HR Services Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to leverage your exceptional leadership skills and passion for customer service to drive business growth and excellence.
Job Description- To lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences, pioneering an omni-channel approach to achieve consistently excellent customer outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a highly engaged team, capable of identifying, understanding, and meeting customer needs both internally and externally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and colleagues, creating connections and growth opportunities.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and positively influence NPS (Net Promoter Scores), acting as an ambassador for Barclays externally and internally.
- Performance Management: Identify and maintain active performance management standards across the team, communicating to and inspiring colleagues to be commercially minded and goal-oriented.
- Business Operations: Develop an effective business plan using internal and external insights, making evaluative judgments to support customers with their financial needs and drive long-term sustainable revenue growth.
- Market Research: Understand market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify market opportunities and inform business decisions.
- Culture Development: Cultivate a resolution culture where leaders and colleagues are empowered to deal with customer requests fairly at first point of contact.
- Operational Performance: Ensure operational and risk frameworks are adhered to for all direct reports, including observations and performance evaluations.
- Experience in managing teams, preferably in a customer-facing role within the banking industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, customers, and colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and methodologies, with experience in implementing and maintaining quality standards.
- Strategic thinking and planning, with the ability to develop and implement business plans that meet business objectives.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
