Training Delivery and Commercial Support Specialist

The role of the Training Delivery and Commercial Support Specialist is pivotal in the training department, focusing on delivering and commercially supporting training services globally.

This involves managing a team of trainers, working closely with sales teams to drive the promotion and sale of training offerings, executing the Global Training Strategy, and supporting sales teams in leveraging training services as key selling points.

Key responsibilities include conducting training events, ensuring efficient processing, establishing exceptional relationships with sales and partner managers, providing consultancy in solving training requirements, and developing training programs.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with significant experience in a wide range of technologies, preferably with a background in delivering technical training.

Additional skills and qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, ability to handle stressful situations and adapt to changing priorities, and a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience of no less than 3 years.
