This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of IT solutions and products, guaranteeing they meet specific standards and requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software QA and testing methodologies, including knowledge of automated testing tools and agile workflows.
- Perform functional testing, smoke testing, performance, load testing, security testing, API testing, and end-to-end testing to identify and report defects.
- Execute manual and automated test scripts, code, and implement automated tests using specialized software platforms.
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify software requirements and provide status updates.
- Conduct thorough analysis of test results to predict user behavior, identify bugs, and recommend solutions to minimize problems.
- Collaborate with product development and development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Three to four years of experience in software QA, preferably with a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Strong knowledge of software QA and experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting methodologies, tools, and processes.
