We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist.
Job Overview:- This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with expertise in payment systems, specifically MT103 and MT202 (SWIFT Payments).
- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Azure) is essential, along with knowledge of the OBLM product.
- A high level of attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure are crucial attributes for this role.
About the Role:
- As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our payment processing services.
- You will need to possess a strong understanding of payment systems, including SWIFT payments, and be able to analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is required, along with experience using Azure.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or economics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, including SWIFT payments and related regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Azure and other cloud-based platforms.
