Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Lease Abstraction Team.

This individual will oversee the daily functions of the team, ensuring seamless operations and driving excellence in all aspects of lease management.

  • Oversight of Local Managed Services, leadership, and people management of Managed Services employees as part of the India Managed Services Global Delivery Centre.
  • Engagement with Business leaders globally to build and support the Managed Services team in India, focusing on culture, community, people management, and delivery excellence.
  • Driving global integration and standardization in India, working closely with Service Offering Leadership to adopt policies, SOPs, and training for India Managed Services teams.
  • Collaboration with global and local leadership to ensure commonality of approach and work with regional and global leadership for resource management and development.
  • Contribution of vision and leadership to MRI's Services strategic plans and objectives, delivering technology initiatives in support of organizational growth.
  • Optimization of solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across Services Departments.
Key Requirements

We seek a candidate with:

  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or related field, managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to manage abstraction projects, conducting regular meetings, and resolving issues.
  • Experience in training and onboarding new abstractors to develop the team.
  • Leadership skills, inspiring a team to achieve great things.
  • Polished skills in communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • A can-do mindset and client-centric focus.
