Advanced Software Testing Specialist

This is a high-level, senior automation testing position where you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing automated test solutions to support our API and database testing.
- 10+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation testing for APIs and databases.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL queries, Python programming, PyTest/Behave testing frameworks, Azure Databricks and other tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
- Experience working with JIRA with Xray/Zephyr, test management tools and Agile project methodologies.
- Working knowledge of performance testing using tools like JMeter, Gatling, Locust.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Design, develop and implement automated test solutions to support API and database testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Perform thorough testing and analysis of results to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Strong background in software testing and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Experience working with version control systems like Git.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
