Job Title:

Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our product meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, usability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop tools for test management, execution, and reporting to enhance the overall software testing process
  • Prepare and execute test cases for module, integration, and system testing
  • Perform manual testing, including test case development, execution, and reporting
  • Document and track case histories, issues, and actionable steps taken
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve quality issues
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Hands-on experience in performance testing is a must-have
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Atlassian products and XRAY
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows File Server, and SQL
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
