Job Title

We are seeking a Test Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product Engineering group, you will be responsible for developing innovative software solutions and ensuring their quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with software developers to integrate testing into the development process.
  • Design and implement test automation strategies and concepts based on design specifications.
  • Plan, execute, and document functional and non-functional tests throughout the agile development lifecycle.
  • Estimate testing efforts and balance thoroughness with efficiency.
  • Collaborate with developers during the design phase to evaluate and enhance the testability of software components.
  • Work closely with developers to analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues.
  • Partner with the Product Owner to define clear acceptance criteria and tests for user stories.
  • Develop and maintain tools and metrics to measure software quality and test coverage.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in software testing and test automation.
  • Experience with validation of Kubernetes-based software systems and proficiency in Selenium for web application testing.
  • Solid understanding of validation methodologies and tools within a SCRUM context.
  • Ability to navigate parallel implementation and testing challenges.
  • Knowledge of common software validation processes and methodologies; ISTQB certification is preferred.
