Key Role: Treasury Operations Specialist

The primary objective of this position is to oversee and manage the organization's short-term liquidity, ensuring accurate and timely cash management.

This role plays a critical part in supporting global financial operations by optimizing the organization's treasury function.

  • Perform daily tasks related to cash management, including monitoring cash balances and maintaining treasury dashboards.
  • Prepare detailed forecasts of cash flows and conduct variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and managing the organization's bank relationships and overall liquidity.
  • Overseeing and managing the organization's debt schedule, ensuring all obligations are met on time.
  • Collaborating with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring accurate and timely wire payments.

Requirements for Success include:

  • Proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function.
  • Proficiency in financial and cash management principles.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.

Excellent organizational abilities and effective communication are required as well as coordination with multiple departments.
