About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development professional to spearhead initiatives that boost patient satisfaction, service excellence, teamwork, and leadership capabilities within our hospitals.

The role holder will design and deliver impactful behavioral and communication training programs aligned with business objectives, patient care standards, and industry trends.

  • Develop a comprehensive L&D strategy that drives business growth, enhances employee skills, and improves patient outcomes.
  • Create a structured learning roadmap for diverse employee levels, including frontline staff, support staff, and leadership teams.
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs for employees across all levels, focusing on behavioral, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Implement onboarding training programs for new employees to ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop leadership development programs for departmental heads and high-potential employees.
  • Facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders across the network.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and conduct post-training assessments to measure impact.
  • Analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance program efficacy.
  • Measure training ROI and business impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Pursue continuous improvement by recommending development interventions.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive learning initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a service-related industry (Aviation and Hotels preferred); contributed to or managed the end-to-end Learning and Development Function
