The Role

You'll drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid media strategies across digital platforms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensuring maximum ROI and customer growth through strategic decisions.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and continuously optimizing for key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.

Delivering Results

  • Collaborating with design and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Conducting A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.

Industry Insights

  • Monitoring industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting on campaign performance and sharing actionable insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and AdWords.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into strategy.
