Role Overview :

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to spearhead the development and execution of our CRM campaign calendar across categories.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM campaigns that align with business objectives

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in CRM and lifecycle marketing

Requirements :

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in consumer tech or e-commerce
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in campaign reporting and A/B testing
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools – Clevertap, MoEngage, Branch, etc.
