Client Relations Specialist

We're looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team.

  • This role involves engaging with existing customers, cultivating profitable relationships, and interacting with clients via calls and messages.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the retention, renewals, and referrals of our students.

To succeed in this position, you'll need exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You should be proficient in English and have a computer science or technical background, although this is not mandatory.

In terms of experience, prior involvement in Edtech B2C sales is preferred, but not essential. What's more important is your ability to deliver a compelling sales pitch and maintain healthy customer relationships.
