  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the hotel's website, social media, and other online platforms.
  10. Respond promptly to guest comments on various networks.
  11. Plan and execute public relations activities to achieve desired results.
  12. Design and produce print materials according to hotel standards.
  13. Maintain daily connections with local government departments and associations to stay informed.
