Job Opportunity:

The Senior HRIS Analyst will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency within the Human Resources department.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader, transforming business needs into complex system configurations.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience in Workday Compensation and Benefits, hands-on knowledge of HCM Core, Compensation, calculated fields, and strong technical skills in Workday Benefits and Payroll module.

  • Configure benefits for US and Canada mandatory programs
  • Create condition rules in Business Process Definitions
  • Develop test cases, test plans, and conduct manual testing on each release
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of policy and in-depth knowledge to configure required Compensation statements
  • Transform business requirements into complex system configurations
  • Analyze large HR data loads to ensure accurate data transfer

The ideal candidate will possess excellent consultative, organizational, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills. They should be able to work well in structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing and competing priorities and timelines.


Key Requirements:

Workday Experience: 3+ years of experience in Workday Compensation and Benefits

HCM Core Skills: Hands-on experience in HCM Core, Compensation, and calculated fields

Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in Workday Benefits and Payroll module

Skills and Qualifications: Excellent consultative, organizational, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
