We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and optimize advertising efforts for our fast-growing e-commerce partners.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in performance marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to translate data into impactful growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end Amazon Advertising strategy for multiple brands.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze performance data to derive insights, improve targeting, and scale campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with brand and category teams to align ad campaigns with business goals.
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on Amazon ad tech and marketplace trends to ensure industry-leading practices.
  • Manage ad spend efficiently while driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop playbooks and frameworks for scaling Amazon advertising operations.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Amazon Ads / Performance Marketing, with proven success in scaling e-commerce brands.
  • MBA from a Tier 1 B-school preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Amazon tools, and data visualization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in campaign management, bid strategies, and ACoS/ROAS optimization.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
