  • To jointly own the OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for the respective business unit, developing an Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to achieve desired outcomes.
  • To complete month-end closing reviews, procedures, and corrections as needed, maintaining accurate financial records and compliance.
  • To direct and oversee policies, objectives, and initiatives related to revenue cycle activities, optimizing operations for maximum efficiency.
  • To conduct regular meetings with direct reports, ensuring staff understand assigned tasks and manage time constraints effectively.
  • To perform scenario analysis and develop business plans for product enhancements or new business initiatives, presenting findings to top management.
  • To handle ad-hoc requests and problem-solving with a short turnaround time, supplementing requests with analysis and comments to support informed decision-making.
  • To participate in and drive standardization/automation projects to enhance process efficiency.

Qualification & Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of total experience, with at least 6 years in Business Finance.
  • Post-Graduate in Finance or Chartered Accountant degree.
  • Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingsness to hustle and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹45,00,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
