Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our Strategy Team at Tanla Platforms Limited. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, evaluating business performance, and providing strategic insights to drive informed decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Analyze competitive landscapes and industry benchmarks to inform strategic recommendations.
  2. Data Analysis: Gather, validate, and analyze data from various sources to draw actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking key performance indicators and business metrics.
  3. Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of strategic initiatives and long-term business plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate data-driven strategies for business growth and optimization.
  4. Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to identify areas for improvement. Support financial modeling and forecasting efforts to aid strategic decision-making.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Prepare clear and concise presentations to communicate analysis findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Work closely with operational teams to streamline workflows and optimize business processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ·Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
    Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within a strategy or consulting environment.
    Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
    Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
    Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    Familiarity with strategic frameworks and business modeling concepts.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 based on location and experience. Additionally, Tanla offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
