Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Branding Manager to lead our personal branding efforts.

This is a full-time, on-site role that involves developing and executing strategies to enhance our clients' professional profiles.

  • Create and implement personalized branding plans tailored to each client's goals and aspirations.
  • Mentor and guide a team of professionals in creating high-quality content and engaging with audiences effectively.
  • Review and approve posts, comments, and engagement plans to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Train team members in best practices, including writing, engagement, and analytics, based on your hands-on experience.
  • Monitor interactions and respond promptly and professionally across all platforms.
  • Analyze analytics to measure strategy success, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of direct experience managing profiles, creating content, and engaging with audiences.
  • A proven track record of leading and guiding teams to achieve results.
  • Exceptional ability to craft impactful strategies and oversee their execution.
  • Superior writing and editing skills to guide content creation and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their applications in personal branding.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure success and optimize strategies.
