We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile apps, web platform, backend systems, and machine learning–powered features.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing for mobile apps (iOS & Android), web apps, and backend APIs. You will also test new ML-driven features for accuracy, performance, and user experience.
- Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing for mobile apps, web apps, and backend APIs.
- Test new ML-driven features for accuracy, performance, and user experience.
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure smooth feature rollouts.
- 1-2 years of QA experience (manual testing across mobile, web, and backend).
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and bug lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Postman, or similar.
- Ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and basic database queries is a plus.
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA's role in them.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
