Job Title:

Experienced Salesforce Tester and ServiceNow Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Tester and ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. Additionally, they will perform manual and automated testing to validate system functionality, performance, and security.

Our company requires the successful candidate to collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements. They must also conduct regression testing, functional testing, UI testing, and integration testing for Salesforce applications.

Experience with Salesforce Test Automation tools (such as Selenium, Provar, or Tosca) is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will also possess strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and functionalities.

Key responsibilities include validating APIs, workflows, and data integrity within the Salesforce ecosystem. The selected individual will work closely with the development team in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Tester) are a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce testing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and functionalities.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, JIRA, TestNG).
  • Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Tester) are a plus.
