DevOps Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our organization in Ajmer, India.

This role requires an expert in designing and implementing Salesforce DevOps pipelines (CI/CD). The ideal candidate will work extensively with Git-based version control and automate deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs.

  • Design and implement Salesforce DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)
  • Work with Git-based version control (branching, merging, pull requests)
  • Automate deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs
  • Collaborate with developers and admins to ensure smooth release cycles

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar. They should also have strong knowledge of Git workflows and repository management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce and/or DevOps (bonus)

The right individual will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing pipeline performance. Experience with cloud platforms and Linux-based environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata, SFDX, and change sets
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and management
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and Linux-based environments
