Workday Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in implementing and configuring Workday solutions.

About the Role
  • Partner with business stakeholders and product managers to understand requirements, processes, and business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations, ensuring scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules as per business requirements.
  • Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
  • Ensure timely delivery of Workday configurations and support change management activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong Business Analyst (BA) skills combined with Workday functional expertise. A solid understanding of complex business processes and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
