Software Engineering Position

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead complex development projects, leveraging expertise in Python and React frameworks. A highly collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills, the ideal candidate will work under general guidance, applying own judgment and determining courses of action to execute.

This position demands advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, operating systems, algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming systems, and databases. Experience with n-tier desktop or client-side web applications using Web and UI frameworks is also advantageous.

  • Develop high-level and low-level designs for given functional requirements as marketable features or use cases.
  • Command expertise in primary product technology.
  • Foster best coding practices.
  • Assist colleagues with design reviews, code reviews, implementation, and information about existing implementations.
  • Expertise in one or more product modules.
  • Understanding of core secondary product modules.
  • Knowledge of AI and its incorporation into work streams for productivity gains.

A minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent experience, is typically required. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
