Job Title: Software Engineer – Ruby on Rails

  • We're seeking an experienced developer to join our cross-functional team.
About the Role

We're looking for a skilled engineer who can design, develop, and deliver scalable applications while adhering to industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ruby on Rails and modern frontend frameworks, with experience in building backend services and developing interactive UI components.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Building and maintaining backend services using Ruby on Rails.
  2. Developing clean, test-driven, and reusable code aligned with industry standards.
  3. Participating in Agile activities such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  4. Conducting peer code reviews, providing mentorship, and ensuring quality standards.
  5. Troubleshooting and resolving production issues using monitoring and logging tools.
  6. Collaborating with teams to create technical documentation and internal tools.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of OOP, Git workflows, and test-driven development.
