Senior Virtualization Specialist

As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the administration and support of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments. Your role will involve monitoring and managing Citrix infrastructure, including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, and Studio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) environments to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Monitor and manage Citrix ADC (NetScaler) for load balancing, gateway, and remote access.
  • Troubleshoot Citrix sessions, profiles, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Patch, upgrade, and maintain Citrix components and underlying infrastructure to prevent downtime.

Requirements:
  • Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop).
  • Proficiency in Citrix Studio, Director, Delivery Controllers, and StoreFront.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and resolve them efficiently.
