This role involves supporting and maintaining Citrix Virtual Apps, Desktops, NetScaler, MCS, PVS, and Citrix Cloud. A successful candidate should have in-depth knowledge of these technologies and be able to troubleshoot complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Citrix Environment Support: Ensure the smooth operation of Citrix environments, including Virtual Apps, Desktops, NetScaler, MCS, PVS, and Citrix Cloud.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to Citrix technologies.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of Citrix environments.
- Application Packaging: Utilize Citrix native tools and third-party solutions to package applications for deployment within the Citrix environment.
- User Profile Management: Manage user profiles using Citrix UPM (User Profile Management) and third-party tools.
- NetScaler Configuration: Configure and manage NetScaler appliances for Citrix Access Gateway, Load Balancing, and Multi-Factor Authentication setups.
- Migration Projects: Execute migrations from older Citrix versions to the latest versions.
- Disaster Recovery (DR): Implement and maintain DR solutions for Citrix environments.
