Job Title: Industrial Relations Manager

This role oversees the administration of employee relations, ensuring harmony and productivity in the workplace.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Labor laws compliance and contract labor management
  • Statutory compliance and administration of security, canteen, office, and company property
  • Liaising with government and statutory authorities
  • Facing audits and documentation for ISO, OHSAS, TPM, and E&T
  • Recruitment, training, and development across levels
  • Performance management systems design and implementation
  • Handling strikes, workmen settlements, and negotiations with unions and contract labor
  • Disciplinary processes management and legal compliance
  • Workmen policies design and implementation
  • POSH grievance handling and internal committee coordination
  • Developing strategies for maintaining harmonious industrial relations
  • Collective bargaining and wage settlements experience
  • Data analysis and statistics skills
  • Liaison experience with various government and local authorities
  • MS Office tools proficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Relations or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial relations or a related field
