About the Role

As a Release Management Specialist, you will drive end-to-end software release quality processes across product portfolios. Your responsibility is to ensure that every software release meets defined quality and reliability benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own strategic DevOps programs across product teams to align with business goals and delivery timelines.
  • Operationalize the Release Management Process environment promotion strategy, approvals, rollback plans, and audit trails.
  • Oversee continuous integration and delivery pipeline implementation for automation and traceability.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering, operations, product, and leadership teams for transparency and accountability on release timelines and quality.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in software program/project management with demonstrable ownership of cross-functional release, DevOps or operations programs.
  • Experience managing multiple parallel releases and coordinating distributed teams is essential.
  • At least 10 years' experience in DevOps, software engineering release management, or infrastructure roles, with at least 3 years in program or project management.

Preferred skills include experience with DevOps maturity assessments, roadmap development, and exposure to enterprise-scale release orchestration and incident management. You must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
