Product Trainer - Wealth Products

This is a key role within our organization, requiring a skilled professional to deliver comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Training: Design and execute tailored training programs for new Relationship Managers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to serve High Net-Worth Individuals and institutional clients effectively.
  • Onboarding & Handholding: Provide continuous guidance and support to ensure seamless integration of new RMs into their roles, fostering a deep understanding of product offerings.
  • Performance Enablement: Monitor and follow up on RMs' progress, ensuring timely achievement of business objectives and driving growth as profit centers.
  • Certification Preparation: Assist RMs in preparing for relevant industry certifications, providing resources, study plans, and coaching to enhance their skills.
  • Sales Enablement: Teach effective pitching techniques and client engagement strategies, focusing on relationship building, trust, and value-based selling to HNI and institutional clients.
  • Continuous Development: Offer feedback, coaching, and remedial training to help RMs overcome challenges and refine their skills.
  • Performance Tracking: Collaborate with management to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective action plans to drive results.
