Training Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Training Manager to create and implement training programs for Beauty Advisors, field sales, and retail partners to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop curriculum and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, visual merchandising basics, and claims guardrails.
  • Create multi-format content including decks, playbooks, 2-minute WhatsApp videos, role-plays, and quizzes in both Hindi and English.
  • Design and deliver training programs, including train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, roadshows, and monthly masterclasses.
  • Partner with the New Product Development (NPD) and Research and Development (R&D) teams to translate ingredient and benefits information into accurate demos and ensure compliant claims.
  • Set up learning management systems (LMS), track training progress, publish training calendars, and report impact using dashboards.
  • Manage regional trainers, onboard channel trainers, and manage external academies and vendors.
  • Oversee the overall training strategy and vendor service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in beauty or personal care retail training, with a proven track record of leading pan-India training programs.
  • Strong understanding of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain ingredient and shade science concepts simply.
  • Bilingual in Hindi and English, with confidence in facilitating training sessions and presenting on-camera.
  • Data-driven with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with LMS.
  • Ability to work weekends and launches, with high comfort level for travel.
  • Preferred qualifications include MT/EBO experience, cosmetology certification, and basic visual merchandising knowledge.
