Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in training, teaching, or a relevant role within the BFSI industry.

Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or a graduate degree in a Finance-related field is preferred.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) Trainer to join our team in Agra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to aspiring students & professionals in the BFSI sector. This role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Training & Delivery: Conduct training sessions for students on Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) concepts. Deliver content in an engaging and simplified manner to enhance learner understanding.
• Curriculum Development: Design and update training modules, presentations, and course materials to ensure content is up-to-date and aligns with industry standards.
• Candidate Assessment: Administer assessments, quizzes, and evaluations during and after training. Record and update learner scores, attendance, and progress reports. Provide timely feedback and guidance to learners for improvement.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor students, preparing them for interviews and job placements in the BFSI industry. Support student employability by building industry knowledge and job-readiness skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends, products, and regulations in the BFSI sector to deliver relevant and accurate training.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and student progress.
