Operational Excellence Consultant

At our firm, we are on a mission to drive profitability improvement for clients through operational efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation.

We specialize in manufacturing optimization, supply chain management, sourcing, procurement, third-party risk, and merger-integration synergy savings. Our focus areas include:

  • Driving business growth through process improvements
  • Evaluating client spend data to identify cost reduction opportunities
  • Developing financial models to understand true costs of goods and services
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to draft and release RFPs
  • Supporting supplier selection and negotiation processes

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a consulting firm or industry, with specific expertise in operations, supply chain, and/or procurement. We are looking for a team player with excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct stakeholder interviews to develop current state assessments and evaluate against industry leading standards
  2. Analyze client spend data and create project deliverables
  3. Develop process maps, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities
  4. Evaluate suppliers' pricing proposals to identify cost reduction levers and draft negotiation strategy presentations

Requirements:

  • Proven problem-solving and time management ability
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Highly motivated team player with ability to work autonomously and utilize presentation and interpersonal skills daily
