As a Senior Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for our Mayonnaise, Spreads & Condiments category.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree with at least 4 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in the FMCG sector. Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights, and new product development is essential.

You will be responsible for supporting the marketing roadmap by assisting in product development aligned with business objectives, conducting primary and secondary market research to inform product concepts and cross-functional team collaborations, and developing product concepts, executing marketing plans, and improving processes for seamless execution.

Key responsibilities also include coordinating product launches, campaigns, and agency partnerships, creating briefs for packaging, creative, and digital teams, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth execution and successful campaign implementation.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree with a minimum 4 years of working experience in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights, and new product development
  • 'Get the job done' mindset with out-of-the-box thinking and high initiative
  • Creativity, passion, flexibility, persistence, effective communication, presentation, and MS office skills
  • A love for food and enthusiasm for the industry
